Need a little motivation to try a new workout or step up an old one? JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness & Sports is putting on an 18 week climb to the top Stepmill challenge from August 1 through November 30. Climb the equivalent of 20 times the height of the Empire State Building and receive a participation award. This is a self-paced program and each Sunday you will input your steps for the week prior. Online registration is required in order for steps to be tracked.
Registered participants will receive an email every Sunday with simple instructions for inputting your steps online and tracking your progress. Complete the climb to the top step challenge at any MWR fitness center or gym using the Stepmill or on your own off-base. Just be sure to track and input your weekly step count.
