JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness is hosting a core strength group exercise class on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at Rockwell Hall Gym. This class is designed to build and strength your core muscle group while improving posture. Participants will increase flexibility and improve balance using stretching techniques and stability exercises. A variety of equipment will be used. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
